Heavily hand embroidered chicken ( or rooster ) of bright jewel tone threads.
Handed down from generation to generation - the traditional Zardozi embroidery is a highly skilled embroidery technique using gold wires & jewels. Zari (meaning gold) is originally from Persia and spread to India in the 12th century.
Measures 3 1/4" x 4" not including corded hanger.
